The historical decision to open the Great Scandinavian Schools of Magic to muggle children is a co-operation between the wizarding and muggle worlds.
The muggle partner acquisition is executed according to the Amendment 21/286 486.
The partner requirements include:

Partners are committed to GSSM values regarding human & planetarial rights (international treaties of both muggle & wizarding worlds). The children are magical, and our planet is sacred.
- Partners have global networks and adequate resources to pursue together the GSSM mission to empower all children of the world, to give them hope and to save the planet.
- Partners have top knowhow in their required field.
Partnership is not for everyone.
